CANCELLATIONS: All appts. must be rescheduled or cancelled 48 hours before appts.

REFUNDS: Refunds will not be provided

LATE FEES: You will have a 10 minute grace period at the time of your appt., after 10 minutes you will be charged a $20 late fee. 30 minutes of lateness will require the appt. to be rescheduled.

WHEN BOOKING": your credit/debit card information is required to reserve your appointment.

SPECIAL APPTS./TRAVEL: For events such as proms, weddings, birthdays and etc., must and should be booked 2-3 months in advanced or earlier.
